Community Management Team

Laura Beckelman, Executive Director

Laura is the Executive Director of Robson Property Management. She began her career in community association management as a homeowner with an undying passion to be neighborly and work with people to help them feel connected to their communities. Her journey began as a volunteer homeowner in her own community where she served as a member of the Social Committee. The volunteerism expanded into being the Social Chairperson, Architectural Chairperson, and eventually into the leadership position as a member of the Board of Directors, serving as President and Treasurer for many years.

Laura’s career in community association management began over 15 years ago when she managed a portfolio of single family, condominium (residential and commercial), and townhome communities. She continued her professional growth in this industry as a Senior Association Manager, Onsite Manager of a large master-planned community, and Director of Client Services.

Laura has demonstrated her commitment to the industry by earning the certification of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), which is the pinnacle designation of professionalism for community association management. The PCAM is the highest of the advanced levels of recognition awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI), the nation’s voice for condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations.

Laura enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying her time outdoors at the lake.

Gem Nelson, Director of Community Management

With a remarkable 20-year tenure in the homeowner association (HOA) sector and an equally impressive 20-year background in banking, Gem Nelson embodies the perfect blend of financial knowledge and community management expertise. Her educational background in psychology and counseling, has seamlessly woven her understanding of human dynamics into her management approach, creating harmonious and thriving HOA communities. Gem's role as a devoted mother of two daughters and a son serves as a testament to her nurturing nature, a trait she extends to her professional endeavors in building connections and fostering inclusivity within the communities she serves. When she is not dedicated to her work, Gem finds solace by the lakeside, where she cherishes moments with family and friends. Her dedication to excellence is further demonstrated by her possession of an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting her unwavering commitment to elevating community management standards and practices.

With a dual-decade experience in both HOA management and banking, Gem has crafted a unique skill set that marries financial prudence with a deep understanding of human behavior. Her genuine interest in the well-being of her communities extends to her personal life, as she relishes time spent by the lake, creating cherished memories with her loved ones. As an ARMaccredited professional, Gem continues to make a meaningful impact on the communities she serves, setting the standard for excellence and professionalism in the industry.

Katie Reid, Community Manager

Katie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Association industry. With a focus on client relationship management, she excels in delivering exceptional customer service to community owners, ensuring their needs are met with diligence and expertise. She is recognized for her outstanding leadership skills, which play a pivotal role in enhancing community building and fostering strong, harmonious neighborhoods. Her commitment to client satisfaction and community development is evident in her proactive approach and dedication to excellence.

Yolanda Osborne, Community Manager

Yolanda brings over 17 years of dedicated experience in property management to her role, where her unwavering commitment lies in enhancing the value and appeal of residential properties. With a strong emphasis on fostering a positive community image, she consistently strives to maintain high standards of service and management practices. Her expertise spans across various facets of property management, ensuring that homeowners' investments are safeguarded and their living environments are continually improved. Yolanda’s approach combines professionalism with a deep-seated passion for creating thriving residential communities.

Christine Windsor, Community Manager

Christine Windsor started working for Robson Property Management as a Community Manager. With over 13 years of dedicated experience in the HOA industry, Christine immersed herself in various facets of community management, including development, human resources, and code compliance while also achieving the M-100 designation. Her focus is always to foster relationships, understand unique needs, and execute solutions that resonate with our clients and enhance community living experiences. In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoors, especially the beach!

Candice Roy, Community Manager

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in community management, Candice Roy brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her HOA journey started in 2007 as a Compliance Coordinator. In her free time, she loves to paddleboard, fish, hike, travel, and play roller derby. Candice is dedicated to optimizing property operations, helping homeowners, and creating community.

ACCOUNTING TEAM

Sarah Paul, Controller

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Tulsa and has an extensive and impressive background in finance and accounting in both the corporate and property management fields. Sarah is a valuable asset in her current role as Controller for The Robson Companies and Robson Property Management, and she displays incredible leadership and commitment to our internal teams and clients. Her previous position as Chief Financial Officer and Controller indicates a strong track record in financial management and leadership. Outside of work, Sarah maintains ties with her alma mater, The University of Tulsa, through her support of the Alumni Association. Her roots in Jenks, OK, and her dedication to her family which includes her husband, two sons, two stepson, and one stepdaughter play a significant role in her life outside of her professional endeavors.

Melissa Arie, Assistant Controller

Melissa is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate and has been working in accounting and auditing for the last 20 years. She joined The Robson Companies in 2022. Her role includes general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation for all of the individual associations' financial information, as well as analysis of vendor and owner accounts as needed. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters, whose never-ending string of activities keeps her quite busy. Her other hobbies include indoor and outdoor gardening and reading historical fiction.

Geri Wheaton, Client Engagement Coordinator

Geri Wheaton has been part of the Robson family for over 21 years, and we are so appreciative of her commitment to the company and its growth! She has an infectious smile and personality, and she has an incredible passion for working with the community and providing the most exceptional customer service to our clients. She brings valuable experience in community building and helps all our communities by giving back to charitable organizations.

Kim Kelly, Client Services Coordinator

Kim brings a wealth of experience in customer relations, showcasing a strong ability to collaborate effectively with owners. Her passion for helping others shines through her vibrant personality, making her a valuable asset in any team or client-facing role. Her enthusiasm and dedication likely contribute significantly to her success in fostering positive relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.

Clara Florez, Assistant Community Manager

Clara is a seasoned professional in the property management industry, with a career marked by a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. Her exceptional customer service skills, paired with a contagious smile, create a welcoming atmosphere for all our clients and owners. Clara's genuine desire to assist people shines through in her daily interactions, making her a valuable asset to our team.

In addition to our stellar Community Management, Accounting and Client Services teams, RPM provides additional layers of support and services to our clients through our Covenant Compliance Department and Maintenance Associate Programs.
