Joe Robson brings 30+ years of experience in real estate development and community management. He is the Founder and President of The Robson Companies, Inc., Robson Property Management, The Club at Forest Ridge, and Robson Realty. Joe began his real estate career in 1976 after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a major in real estate. In 1989, he started Forest Ridge, the largest master-planned community in Oklahoma spanning over 1,000 acres. He has been a leader in community and economic development, serving on the Chamber of Commerce Boards of Broken Arrow, Tulsa, and Oklahoma; President of the Tulsa and Oklahoma Home Builders Associations; and Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders. Joe is a Life Member of the Tulsa Salvation Army Advisory Board and served on the National Salvation Army Board. His honors include Broken Arrow Citizen of the Year (twice), Tulsa Builder of the Year, Oklahoma Builder of the Year, and induction into both the Oklahoma Builders Hall of Fame and Tulsa Historical Society Hall of Fame. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of RCB Bank.

With over 28 years of experience in residential property management, Richard is a results-driven leader specializing in community association management, financial oversight, and project coordination. He has successfully managed large-scale communities, overseeing budgets, vendor relations, and major construction projects. Richard excels in cost reduction, homeowner engagement, and board collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency and enhanced community living.
Throughout his career, he has led teams, negotiated contracts, and implemented strategic improvements that have optimized property management operations. His expertise spans financial management, maintenance oversight, and regulatory compliance, making him a trusted professional in the industry.
Katie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Association industry. With a focus on client relationship management, she excels in delivering exceptional customer service to community owners, ensuring their needs are met with diligence and expertise. She is recognized for her outstanding leadership skills, which play a pivotal role in enhancing community building and fostering strong, harmonious neighborhoods. Her commitment to client satisfaction and community development is evident in her proactive approach and dedication to excellence.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in community management, Candice brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Her HOA journey started in 2007 as a Compliance Coordinator. In her free time, she loves to paddleboard, fish, hike, travel, and play roller derby. Candice is dedicated to optimizing property operations, helping homeowners, and creating community.
With a tenure of over 18 years of diverse experience in HOA and condominium management, property management, and both residential and commercial real estate sales, Shelby brings a versatile and results-driven approach to every aspect of the business. At Robson Property Management, Shelby leverages a strong foundation in Board and Homeowner relations, detailed document and contract review, asset management, vendor coordination, budgeting and financial oversight, and project management. Her goal is to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency, while creating long-term value for property owners and communities alike.
Anita has been in the Homeowners Association industry for 23 years and has over 35 years of Customer Service Experience. She prides herself in resolving issues for customers and working well the Boards and Vendors. Anita loves spending time with her Husband and fur babies and taking long trips on the weekends in their Custom Cars and going to car shows.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Tulsa and has an extensive and impressive background in finance and accounting in both the corporate and property management fields. Sarah is a valuable asset in her current role as Controller for The Robson Companies and Robson Property Management, and she displays incredible leadership and commitment to our internal teams and clients. Her previous position as Chief Financial Officer and Controller indicates a strong track record in financial management and leadership.
Outside of work, Sarah maintains ties with her alma mater, The University of Tulsa, through her support of the Alumni Association. Her roots in Jenks, OK, and her dedication to her family — which includes her husband, two sons, two stepsons, and one stepdaughter play a significant role in her life outside of her professional endeavors.
Melissa is a University of Central Oklahoma graduate and has been working in accounting and auditing for the last 20 years. She joined The Robson Companies in 2022. Her role includes general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation for all of the individual associations' financial information, as well as analysis of vendor and owner accounts as needed. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four daughters, whose never-ending string of activities keeps her quite busy. Her other hobbies include indoor and outdoor gardening and reading historical fiction.
Geri has been part of the Robson family for over 21 years, and we are so appreciative of her commitment to the company and its growth! She has an infectious smile and personality, and she has an incredible passion for working with the community and providing the most exceptional customer service to our clients. Shelly is the first friendly face homeowners meet when visiting our office. She manages the front desk, answering phones, welcoming walk-ins, and assisting homeowners with their needs. With a warm personality and strong organizational skills, she also supports the management team with a variety of daily tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Shelly loves spending time with her husband, their four married children, and six grandchildren. She also enjoys music and decorating, passions that bring creativity and joy into her everyday life.
